October 2025 Product Release

Planning a project is one thing, keeping it on schedule is another. With this release, Track3D introduces a new layer of Reality Intelligence — helping teams compare plan vs. actual, spot delays early, and visualize performance zone by zone.

From Schedule Trend Lines to Diagnostic Indicators and a new Heat Map View, every feature this month is designed to help field and project teams make faster, more informed decisions, without leaving the platform.

Here’s what’s new:

1. Scheduled Trend Lines – Compare Plan vs Progress at a Glance

For: Project Managers, Superintendents, Field Engineers

Tracking actual progress is good — but tracking it against the plan is where real project control begins.

With Track3D, you can now:

  • Visualize scheduled vs actual progress on the same graph
  • Instantly spot deviations from schedule
  • Export data into PDF and Excel for analysis or sharing with project teams for better data based discussions.
  • Make faster, data-driven decisions to keep work on track
  • Use them in sub-contractor / schedule look ahead meetings for discussions

This enables field teams to plan resources and manage schedules proactively, keeping the project on course. It’s schedule tracking, simplified — right into the platform.

2. Diagnostic Indicators – Spot Issues Before They Become Delays

For: Project Managers, Superintendents

Even with detailed progress data, it can be difficult to tell why certain areas are behind.
Track3D’s Diagnostic Indicators automatically flag stages/categories that are stalled, slowing down, or behind schedule, helping you take corrective action before delays compound.

With Track3D, you can now:

  • Identify stalled stages/categories where progress has completely paused between captures.
  • See slowed-down stages that are progressing but at a lower rate than before.
  • Track schedule variance (coming soon) to highlight zones not meeting planned targets.
  • Prioritize inspections and coordination on problem areas with clear, color-coded tags in the Progress list.

Instead of manually analyzing every stage, you get instant visual cues that direct your attention where it’s needed most.
It’s proactive project control — letting you intervene early, keep trades accountable, and stay ahead of potential delays.

3. Heat Map View – See Where Work Is Happening (and Where It Isn’t)

For: Project Managers, Superintendents

Building on Zone-based Progress Tracking, Heat Maps take site visibility a step further. Now, you can instantly visualize progress across zones, making it easier to see which areas are moving fast, slowing down, or ahead of schedule.

With Track3D, you can now:

  • Turn on Heat Map View to see color-coded zones showing progress activity between dates
  • Quickly identify high-activity zones (green) versus low-activity or stalled zones (red or grey)
  • Use this view in combination with Zone-based Progress Tracking to get a clearer picture of overall site momentum

Whether a trade is ahead of schedule or falling behind, Heat Maps help you plan more effectively, bringing the next trade in sooner or redirecting focus where work has slowed down.
